Unfortunately at this time we are not able to accept returns from outside of the U.S. Therefore, items sold internationally are final sale.
U.S. customers have four days to request a return and ship the item back to us. If the item is not marked as shipped within four days of your original delivery date, we will decline the return and ship the item back to you without a refund. Custom-sourced orders are final sale.
The security/authenticity tag must be on the sunglasses in order for us to accept the return. If the item is not in its original condition, we will decline the return and ship it back to you.
How to return your items:
1. Submit a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within four days of the delivery date. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return.
2. After the return request goes through, you will be sent a free return label to print and secure onto the box. Please secure it over the old label.
3. To ship the item, drop it off at any United States Postal Service (USPS) post office in the original shipping box with all original accessories.
4. After your return is received and processed, your refund will be sent back to your original method of payment in 1-2 weeks. Please note, an 8% restocking fee will be applied to each return and deducted from your refund total.
