Shipping & Returns


Your order will be processed and shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.

- U.S. purchases take 2-5 business days to ship.

- International purchases take 3-21 business days to ship, depending on your chosen shipping method. 

We will only be serving the U.S. and Canada until further notice due to international mail service suspensions caused by COVID-19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

International purchases please note: Import taxes, duties, and any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility post-purchase. The additional cost of these items may be estimated by checking your local customs duty information. All international sales are final.

Shipping times may be slightly delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and winter weather.


Domestic Returns  

U.S. customers have 4 days to request a return and ship the item back. The sunglasses must be in their original condition with the security tag attached in order for us the accept the return. 


How to return your items:

1. Email within 4 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. 

2. You will be sent a free return label via email to print and secure onto the box. Please secure it over the old label.

3. To ship the item, drop it off at any United States Postal Service post office with all original accessories included in the package. Please retain a copy of the receipt for your records. 

After your return is received and processed, your refund will be sent back to your original method of payment in 1-2 weeks. Please note, an 8% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
